Intro to Psychological First Aid

Most days we are ready for the things that happen at work, but some days we are not.
In this introduction to Psychological First Aid you will learn to identify some of the normal psychological reactions to the situations we face in health care. You will also learn how to identify someone who might need your support and some basic skills to respond. This course will provide further information on how to engage with your leaders and educators to enroll your team to the full Psychological First Aid Training in service of fostering a culture of support to one another following stressful or traumatizing workplace experiences.
