Chinese and South Asian communities in
Richmond, Dr. Amrish Joshi and
colleagues developed a set of
conversation 'pearls' to assist clinicians in
navigating advance care planning and
goals of care conversations with people
from these communities.
All healthcare professionals with an interest in best practices related to a palliative approach to care for people living with serious illness and person-centered conversations about their goals of care. |
