Intro to Progressive Management

This course is designed to equip Medical Leaders with the following:

o To describe the responsibility of the medical leader in the progressive management process;
o To define and describe the concept and stages of progressive management and the key indicators when escalation is required;
o To utilize the pathway and support available to leaders when encountering a gap in knowledge, skills or behavior; and the process for documentation.
