Finding and Interpreting Your HR Metrics

As a data-driven organization, VCH has many reports available to leaders. In this workshop, Riley Cann, Lead, Data Visualization & Storytelling will focus on HR metrics reports and where to find them. He will also show leaders how to interpret the reports so that they can make data-driven decisions. As this is an interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to access their own HR metrics reports and ask questions. Come ready to learn all about HR metrics reports!
