Finding and Interpreting Your HR Metrics

VCH leaders have more workforce data available than ever — this workshop shows you where to find it and what to do with it. Riley Cann (Lead, Data Visualization & Storytelling), will introduce the People Insight Board, VCH's one-stop dashboard for HR metrics like sick, overtime, relief not found, turnover, vacant positions, and more. You'll also get a first look at the dashboard's newest updates and features.

Through an interactive, scenario-based session, you'll learn to navigate the dashboard and interpret your own team's data — no analytics background required. Come curious — leave confident.
