Virtual Learning Event: Turning Conflict into Collaboration: Strategies for Navigating and Strengthening Team Dynamics

The session will:

• Provide an overview of the National Interprofessional Competency Framework
• Explain the types of team conflict
• Cover psychological safety/cultural safety within team conflict
• Outline a framework for conflict resolution
• Apply conflict resolution tools in small group case studies
• Finish with a knowledge check and large group debrief

By the end of this session, participants should be able to define, describe and apply the tools learned, adapting them to their workplace setting.
