Clear, Caring, Courageous

Clear, Caring and Courageous is the leadership framework adopted within Fraser Health. This course offers an opportunity to explore what it means to lead with clarity, care, and courage. You’ll learn about the CCC practices, assess how well you understand and apply them, reflect on your strengths and areas for growth, and discover practical ways to integrate these principles into your daily work and leadership experiences.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the Clear, Caring, Courageous leadership framework and its role in fostering collaboration, well-being, and team development within Fraser Health.
• Promote practices that build a shared sense of purpose, set clear expectations, and apply systems thinking to make effective and strategic decisions.
• Create the conditions for others to thrive by supporting growth and well-being, and demonstrating empathy through seeing, hearing, and valuing people.
• Take calculated risks, make tough decisions, and engage in meaningful conversations to overcome challenges and foster equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Show courage by taking thoughtful risks, engaging in meaningful dialogue, and acting in ways that support equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Develop a personal action plan that strengthens your leadership practice and aligns with CCC principles.
