VCH-PHC Physician Workshop: Serious Illness Conversations

In this course, you will learn to apply the Serious Illness Conversation Guide (SICG) or one of its adaptations so that you can have conversations with clients/patients about their wishes and priorities before a health decline. A significant portion of the course will be spent on practicing the guide with simulation, case studies, and small group activity. Individual session titles will indicate which version of the SICG will be featured for that session. PLEASE REGISTER FOR ONLY ONE OF THESE SESSIONS or contact us if you have interest in more than one session.
A week prior to the session, participants will receive a link to a 25-minute video to view and 2 journal articles to review before the workshop.
