Psychological Health and Safety, and Wellness for Leaders

Psychological Health and Safety and Wellness are new concepts for many – so what does this really mean, and how can leaders play a role in fostering a psychologically healthy & safe environments? This session covers four of the 13 psychosocial factors that are outlined in the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace and helps leaders identify tangible actions they can do to be psychologically safe leaders. And the benefits of the Employee and Family Assistance Program are highlighted.

This course will provide you with practical strategies and is open to all leaders - both new and experienced.
