VCH Ethics Services: Supporting Decision Making

This is a scenario based workshop focused on ethical decision making for leaders. Bethan Everett, Senior Leader, Ethics Services, Esther Davies, Professional Practice Ethicist and Kristina Smith, Ethicist for Richmond and Coastal and Affiliated Sites, through the use of scenario based learning, will support leaders in considering the following questions – ‘What would be the responsibility of a leader in this situation?’, ‘How might a leader be a part of the decision making?’ and ‘How might a leader support someone as they are making ethical decisions?’.

This workshop is for all VCH leaders, from new to experienced, who want to learn more about ethical decision-making.
