VCH Ethics Services: Supporting Decision Making

This is a scenario based workshop focused on ethical decision making for leaders. Join ethicists from the VCH Ethics Services Team, Esther Davies, Lead (Richmond CoC), and Kirstie Russell, Acting Lead (Vancouver CoC), through the use of scenario based learning, to support leaders in considering the following questions:

• What would be the responsibility of a leader in this situation?
• How might a leader be a part of the decision making?
• How might a leader support someone as they are making ethical decisions?
