Effective Management of Complaints (PCQO)
The Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO) is offering two one-hour workshops on Effective Management of Complaints. Anthony Slowey will be facilitating an interactive workshop that will provide strategies and tools to help you manage care quality concerns at both the point of care and through the PCQO process.
Come ready to share your stories about patient/family complaints and take away strategies that you can use immediately!
This course is designed as a two-part series. In order to benefit from and complete this course, it is recommended that you attend both Part 1 and Part 2.
Part 1 will take place on: Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am [Separate Zoom Link]
Part 2 will take place on: Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am [Separate Zoom Link]
