EDMP and the Medical Duty to Accommodate Process

Jason Azuelos, Manager, People Health and Kathleen White, Manager, People Health and Wendy Swan, Manager, People Health will discuss the Enhanced Disability Management program (EDMP). In addition, they will review the medical Duty to Accommodate (DTA) process and respond to questions such as 'what is the duty to accommodate', 'how are accommodations supported throughout VCH' and more. Come to this workshop to learn more about EDMP, DTA and how best to support staff struggling with a medical condition!
