Classroom: Fluency Direct (Front End Speech Recognition) in Meditech Expanse
This 1-hour GROUP session covers how to use Fluency Direct to document directly into MEDITECH Expanse. It is being offered to medical staff who wish to use Front End Speech Recognition (FESR) with MEDITECH Expanse instead of typing.
In this session you will learn about:
• Logging into Fluency Direct with Single Sign On into MEDITECH Expanse
• Profile setup, training and calibration
• Using Fluency Direct to dictate and document in MEDITECH Expanse
• Introduction to common Fluency Direct voice commands
• Voice enabling MEDITECH Expanse Quick Text
• Setting-up the mobile microphone app
• How to find support
Ideally, you should complete your MEDITECH Expanse training prior to your Fluency Direct training
Dictating providers (physicians, Dentists, Midwives, NPs, etc.) who will be documenting in MEDITECH Expanse. This class is only for those who have NOT had any previous FESR training. |
