Strengthen Your Core! is a program by the BC Centre for Palliative Care about the Palliative Core Competencies. It includes 8 modules, one for each of the core competency domains.

The Domain 1: Principles of Palliative Care and Palliative Approach module is a pre-requisite for the other 7 modules.

The intended audience is health care providers and students who are not familiar with palliative care and a palliative approach. They provide direct care for people with life-limiting illness in any health care setting.
