Elevating Director Growth and Effectiveness (EDGE)

EDGE is a leadership program designed for Directors and Senior Medical Leaders at Fraser Health. It’s all about helping leaders grow with confidence — through reflection, connection, and trying things out in real time.

The program combines in-person sessions, expert-led video content, group coaching, and a hands-on project. But it’s not about ticking boxes — it’s about exploring your leadership style, making sense of the systems you work in, and testing new ideas with support from your peers and coaches.

It’s a practical, flexible, and human approach to leadership development — built around real challenges, real conversations, and real growth.

The program consists of 4 full days in person sessions

Why participate:
EDGE gives you the space to pause, reflect, and build clarity around who you are as a leader — not just what you do. You’ll connect with peers who are navigating similar leadership transitions, gain insights from experienced subject matter experts, and have the chance to apply what you’re learning in a way that’s meaningful to your day-to-day work.

Prerequisite:

  • Preferably have completed Clear Leadership

    Note: This program is cohort-based, participants should be prepared to commit to all sessions.
