Coastal New Educator Orientation
Are you prepared for your role as an educator? During this 6 hour orientation you will:
•Examine roles and responsibilities of educators
•Develop role transition strategies & review competencies for the educator role
•Establish networks with other educators
•Identify resources and supports
•Develop effective feedback skills
•Share and strategize challenges related to the role
