Strengthen Your Core! Palliative Core Competencies - Domain 5: Care Planning and Collaborative Practice.
In this module you will reflect on the importance of ensuring your care aligns with the patient's goals of care. You will also be introduced to three key aspects of what a care plan for someone with a life-limiting illness should include.
As a follow up to the module, interactive ECHO sessions, Flexing Your Core, are being hosted by the BCCPC. Discussions, questions, and case studies will be explored to help learners identify what using a palliative approach looks like in practice.
