Community New Educator Orientation (NEO) is a 2-part workshop for community-based Clinical Resource/Educators, exploring topics such as:
- adult learning principles and developing education
- giving and receiving feedback
- competency and learning plans
- transitioning to a new role and leadership
The VCH New Educator Orientation Site provides access to regionally developed online modules that complement the topics explored in Community NEO 3A/B workshops.
Community-based Nurses and Allied Health Professionals in a Clinical Resource/Educator role or those who have a significant education component to their role. |
