In this workshop for all VCH leaders, you will develop and strengthen the foundational conversational skills that build relationships and create impact as a leader.
Specifically we will:
- Enhance psychological safety through better conversations
- Increase trust and understanding via intentional listening
- Build awareness and insight through powerful questions
- Develop insight on appreciative responses and when to use
- Build connections with fellow leaders at VCH

The content of this workshop is covered in the Frontline Leadership Program and do you do not need to complete this course if you have taken or are participating in it. Some of the content in this workshop is covered in and the Exploring Leadership Communication.
