PHSA - PC - PHS - Wellness Exchange: Helpful Thinking
Wellness Exchange is a five-topic resilience-building group curriculum that teaches a series of practical skills that help individuals cope with stress and adversity while promoting positive mental health and well-being.
How you think about yourself and about events affects how you feel and behave. This session will focus on what is helpful vs. unhelpful thinking, unhelpful thinking styles, and how to practice helpful thinking.
Please note: this session qualifies for 1 continuing education credits with the EMALB and has been added to the Approved Activities List in EMACCS
