PHSA - PC - PHS - Wellness Exchange: Positive Activities
Wellness Exchange is a five-topic resilience-building group curriculum that teaches a series of practical skills that help individuals cope with stress and adversity while promoting positive mental health and well-being.
Doing positive activities can help improve your mood and make you feel more in control of your life. This session will focus on what are positive activities and why do they help, when do we need positive activities the most, and a guide for choosing and planning positive activities.
Please note: this session qualifies for 1 continuing education credits with the EMALB and has been added to the Approved Activities List in EMACCS
