Resisting Stigma on Substance Use

To allow healthcare providers to better understand the lives of their patients, to provide culturally safe practice, and to increase access to care and quality of care for people who use substances.
This is a two part course:
Interactive Module: to introduce the concept of stigma in the context of the overdose crisis
Video Tour: to hear interviews of people who use substances who have experience stigma and learn from community-based services in the DTES that provides care and support for people who use substances.
