PHSA - PVH - BC Virtual Visit User Training
Overview
UPDATE: Island Health users will need to use their health authority email and password to log into BC Virtual Visit. Please disregard references to resetting passwords in BC Virtual Visit throughout this video series.
As a reminder for Island Health users, basic patient demographic data will automatically flow from the Cerner patient profile to BC Virtual Visit when a Patient has opted-in to receive virtual care and the 'YES' option for consent to use email is selected during registration. Ensure you search the patient profile first to see if it already exists prior to creating a new patient profile in BC Virtual Visit.
The recording of videos was done in a BC Virtual Visit Training Environment. You may notice small differences in the production BC Virtual Visit environment such as the BC Virtual Visit logo and other user interface changes.
