PHSA - MA - Introduction to Quality Improvement: Part 2
This course provides a foundational understanding of the key processes and terminology of quality improvement (QI) work. The level of training is appropriate for understanding the QI approach and for members of a QI team. We use a combination of didactic and interactive approaches to support learning.
This course is recommended if you intend to pursue in-depth training for leading a QI project.
