PHSA - PC - PHS - Introduction to Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace
This course introduces the National Standard for Psychological Health & Safety in the workplace and will cover the psychosocial factors identified to have the greatest impact in the workplace, as well the responsibilities of the employees, leaders, and the employer.
Topics include:
- Psychological and physical wellbeing
- Organizational values
- Job related factors
- Healthcare-specific factors
- Paramedic-specific factors
Participants will be provided with a list of resources and links that are available to support PHSA staff, which you may want to keep for future reference.
Please note: this session qualifies for 1 continuing education credits with the EMALB and has been added to the Approved Activities List in EMACCS
