Please ensure your Learning Hub account type is "Student" and the Organization field displays the health authority where your placement is going to be. This can be checked and edited in My Profile. If after updating the profile, you are still not able to access the course, please contact the Helpdesk.

Completed the course but there is no certificate of completion?

Please first ensure you have completed all of the activities in the main learning module. If the module is completed but there is still no record of completion for "Infection Prevention and Control for Students", please return to this course through the link in the SPECO curriculum, click Start the Course and then allow a few minutes for the certificate to get generated. You do not need to re-do the modules.
