The RAI-MDS 2.0 Observations Tool course provides long-term care home staff with information on why, when and how to use the RAI-MDS 2.0 Observations Tool. Resources to help support the use of the tool are also reviewed.

The Observations Tool has replaced the "RAI 2.0 Tracking Form."

This course is a self-directed e-learning module that can be completed your your own pace.

Care aides, licensed nurses (LPN, RN, RPN), allied health professionals or any other staff who interact with long-term care home clients.
