Using a Palliative Approach in Long Term Care (LTC) and Assisted Living (AL): Online Modules
This course includes four modules that are 15-20 minutes in length.
They can be viewed all at once or one at a time.
The topics covered include:
Module 1) Palliative care basics in long term care and assisted living
Module 2) Noticing important changes in your residents health
Module 3) Responding to questions and concerns from residents and families
Module 4) Discussing goals of care with your residents and families
