General Public and Out of Province The LearningHub is for use by those providing Health Care in the Province of BC. If you are working with a BC Health Authority, or providing patient care within a BC health region, please ensure your account type is under the Health Authority of the region - General Public is no longer an available account type. We only provide service to those within the province of BC.
