PHSA - PDHIS - Writers Training for IT Broadcasts
The course will introduce learners to broadcast communications writing standards for changes, incidents, and other IM/IT matters that impact, primarily but not exclusively, VCH, PHC and PHSA clients.
Topics include:
- Overview of IT broadcast standards
- How to write a clear, concise broadcast or advisory for any planned or unplanned event
- Using the Writers Home and Outage Centre
- Tips to improve writing broadcasts
