VCH MySchedule Annual Vacation Selection Employee Training

In this 1-hour session, we will walk through the new VCH MySchedule tool for Annual Vacation Selection:
● How to view schedules and vacation estimates
● How to rank and submit vacation requests
● How to change or cancel vacation requests
● How to view approved vacation requests
This will be supported by a review of the employee Scheduling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with roles, responsibilities, timelines, and instructions on how to participate in the Annual Vacation Selection process.

At the end of the session, the attendees will able to:
● Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and timelines for Annual Vacation Selection, and the roles, responsibilities, and timelines of other participants in the process; and
● Navigate and participate in the Annual Vacation Selection process using MySchedule.
