Employee Psychosocial Check-In: Training for Leaders

If you have direct reports, consider joining one of the upcoming sessions. This training will outline a step by a step approach for supervisors, managers and leaders of all levels, to increase confidence in providing a first-line response to staff who are experiencing psychological distress in the workplace. This session will also include an opportunity to ask questions, role-play and practice application of the shared information and strategies
