Virtual Fitness Classes

This November 2021 to March 2022 join us to maintain, enhance, or just shake up your fitness routine! PHSA’s Psychological Health & Safety team is partnering with Curtis Health to offer free virtual fitness and wellness classes for the entire month of March and April. Fitness classes will be 45 minutes long and will be available at various times throughout the weekdays to accommodate different work schedules. A variety of classes will be offered, including: Zumba, Pilates, yoga, stretch breaks, power circuit, high intensity interval training (HIIT), mindfulness and more!

Integrating physical activity into our everyday lives is important for our psychological and physical health. And it’s even more important during stressful times, such as during a pandemic. To make your fitness a priority, schedule the fitness class times in your calendar as if they were any other important appointment, and have your room set up and equipment ready to go before the class begins.

*Please keep in mind: when participating in virtual fitness activities, remember to listen to your body and only go as far as you feel comfortable in that moment.

*Please note, no virtual fitness classes will take place on statutory holidays.
