Course Description
The BC Patient Safety & Learning System (PSLS) is a web-based patient safety event reporting tool that helps health-care providers manage patient safety events and share lessons learned to improve patient safety and quality of care. After completing the training video, the learner will understand how to report incidents in the Patient Safety & Learning System (PSLS).
All Island Health staff, medical staff, volunteers, and respective student populations who may potentially complete a PSLS report. |
