Goals of Care Community of Practice Learning Series
This learning series provides education sessions to support best practices in using a Palliative Approach and having Goals of Care Conversations. Members of Acute, Community and Long-Term Care are invited to come for interactive discussions, bring forward clinical questions and share successful strategies you have utilized in your area of practice. A topic of interest will be presented every quarter. Please note that these webinars will be recorded for educational purposes.
