RPACE Community of Practice Learning Series
This learning series provides education sessions to support best practices in using a Palliative Approach and having Serious Illness Conversations. Members of Acute, Community and Long Term Care are invited to come for interactive discussions, bring forward clinical questions and share successful strategies you have utilized in your area of practice. A topic of interest will be presented every quarter. Please note that these webinars will be recorded for educational purposes.
These sessions will be held over the video communication platform, Zoom.
