Learning Burst - GROWing your coaching skills

Have you noticed how much time you spend problem-solving issues that someone else should be able to solve themselves? Over and over again? You are probably co-creating this cycle. As humans we are designed to solve problems. It’s in our nature. However, by always solving someone’s problems for them, they never learn that they already know the answers and often they do. All it requires is a bit of curiosity on your part. In this session we will introduce you to the GROW model, a four-step easy-to-use model that will help you empower others, save yourself valuable time, and create better interpersonal relationships.
