Celebrating diversity is vital in a large organisation like PHSA. Yet, we’re all biased — our brains are wired to take mental shortcuts, which means we sometimes unknowingly favor or overlook certain people based on stereotypes or partial information.

It’s important to keep bias in check and actively work to counteract them. As well, you will gain strategies you can use to help you keep them in check in the workplace.
