This module provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to complete the admission process and care for children and youth under the BC Mental Health Act. This module is aligned with provincial standards. 3.0 CME credits are available.

NOTE: as of September 20, 2023, there have been changes made to the MH forms, particularly with the change from Form 4 to 4.1 and Form 4.2. This course has not yet been updated to reflect the changes.

All staff (RNs, allied health, psychosocial providers, etc), Directors, and Physicians who admit and provide care to children and youth admitted under the BC Mental Health Act.
