Experience LINX Program is offered to deepen leadership knowledge and enhance confidence as a leader. It is an experiential learning experience to actively explore the relationships between self, others and systems.

Experience LINX is a program designed for VCH excluded leaders who have more than five years of experience as an operational people leader. Candidates should be a values-based leader who facilitates the implementation of change and guides others to work towards a shared vision of the future. They should also have a deep commitment to helping others do their best and are truly engaged in their work and with their staff, and inspire excellence as a role model.

The program is cohort based and the duration is 10 modules over 6 months. Participants will experience peer to peer learning to cultivate relationships and build leadership networks across VCH and will also receive personalized 1:1 coaching tailored to their individual growth and development needs.

Attendance & Cancellation

  • Attendance to all the modules is required. If you are unable to meet this commitment, please inform us at soon as you can at least 7 days prior to the first day of the program.
  • If you wish to withdraw from the program after it has already started, we may need your manager authorization for cost-recovery options.
