Core LINX – A Leadership Program for New VCH Managers

The Core LINX program (now in VIRTUAL format) is for new excluded managers, with a team of direct reports, with fewer than 5 years’ service, to develop leadership knowledge and skills. It’s a comprehensive learning experience to equip new managers and medical leaders with the values-based leadership skills needed to successfully manage within complexity and change.

Program Overview
The program is cohort based and the duration is 11 modules over 9 months. In between sessions participants will have pre and post work to complete as well as a meeting with their assigned learning triad (on average 2-3 hours per week commitment). Participants will experience peer to peer learning with other new managers to cultivate relationships and build leadership networks across VCH. After graduation, they will be offered personalized 1:1 coaching tailored to their individual growth and development needs.

• Attendance to all the modules is required. If you are unable to meet this commitment, please inform us at soon as you can at least 7 days prior to the first day of the program.
• If you wish to withdraw from the program after it has already started, we may need your manager authorization for cost-recovery options.
