PHSA - PC - PHS - Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness helps to cope with stress, increase resilience, enhance connections with others, and bolster the ability to experience more joy and peace. Each of the mindfulness meditation sessions will vary, there will be components of intentional repetition to help you build your ‘muscle for mindfulness’.
Tuesday Meditations: 12:00pm to 12:20pm
