Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness helps to cope with stress, increase resilience, enhance connections with others, and bolster the ability to experience more joy and peace. Each of the mindfulness meditation sessions will vary, there will be components of intentional repetition to help you build your ‘muscle for mindfulness’.

The sessions will be delivered via Zoom conferencing Access details will be sent to the email associated with your LearningHub account.

OBJECTIVES:
• Consider mindfulness and awareness in life and work.
• Create an opportunity to practice together and to build community.
