Introduction to DementiAbility Methods.
We all play a role in creating living environments that are better adapted to the needs, preferences and abilities of persons with dementia. This module provides an introduction to the principles and concepts of DementiAbility Methods.
This model and approach to dementia care aligns with the vision and values Northern Health has for person and family centered care.
This 15-20 minute course is for nurses, care staff, allied health, support services staff, physicians, students and volunteers.
