In this course, participants will:
-Review the elements of a simulation event and debriefing structures
-Discuss the benefits & challenges of co-debriefing
-Learn about tools and strategies to support co-debriefing
-Review and discuss strategies to support peer coaching
Those who are doing simulation and co-debriefing (debriefing with more than one main facilitator / lead) |
