Violence Prevention - PVPC for Physicians

This course is a version of the Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum (PVPC) e-learning that has been modified to be suitable for medical staff, including medical residents, physicians, dentists, and midwives. This course covers the same competencies as the standard PVPC e-learning modules, but through the eyes of the physician. It is therefore considered to be an equivalent. Modifications for a physician-focused lens on the learning modules involved input and consultation with Doctors of BC, including physician representatives. SWITCH BC is responsible for Administration of renewal for the ‘Violence Prevention – Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum (PVPC) for Physicians’ online module’s UBC CPD Mainpro+ Certification.

This e-learning course is intended for medical staff within the health authorities, such as physicians, dentists, etc.
