Physician Quality Improvement offers a PQI Fundamentals workshop to develop quality improvement (QI) ideas for improving patient care:

• Develop introductory skills on how to test and measure change, understand systems, build a team, and keep your project gains
• In-class or virtual support for developing your own QI project idea
• Sessional funding for eligible physicians
• Pre-requisite for Level 3: PQI Certificate
• Pre-requisite for PQI Fundamentals (Level 2) is IHI Online Training (Level 1): to register go to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/85BNKW9

New Curriculum Fundamentals starting in April 2024:
1.5 Days of training
Day 1: 4-hours delivered virtually from 4 pm to 8 pm
Day 2: 8-hour live full-day workshop from 8 am to 4 pm
