This online course is intended to instruct Fraser Health (FH) employees and students on how to use the Meditech Imaging and Therapeutic Services (ITS) application for documenting referral and therapy notes.

- Document/report without a referral
- Edit documentation/report
- Sign documentation/report
- Addendums
- Cancel report
- Enter Department Data
- Enter Referral orders (OE)
