PHSA - PDHIS - Profile EMR: Completing H208 Form for BCCDC employees at VIHA, FHA, NHA and IHA

This course is for clinicians who work at BCCDC and are employed by Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), Fraser Health Authority (FHA), Northern Health Authority (NHA) or Interior Health Authority (IHA). This course will demonstrate how to complete the H208 form in Profile EMR.
