Autonomous Nursing Practice: Diagnosing and Treating Conditions
Nurses working to their optimal scope of practice is an essential component of patient-centered care. This module has been created to provide an overview of nursing autonomous practice in diagnosing and treating conditions. Three nursing professions (LPN, RPN, RN) utilize the same nursing process to diagnose; the differences between the nursing professionals are related to 1) levels of experience in autonomous practice and 2) their scope.
