PROV - LEAD - Respectful Workplace for Leaders

This course will give learners the knowledge and skills required to create and maintain a respectful workplace.

After completing this course, learners will be able to:

• Define a respectful workplace
• Identify key points from the BC Human Rights Code and Bill 14
• Define disrespectful behaviours
• Identify effective communication techniques for creating a respectful workplace
• Recognize the value of being proactive
• Recognize the consequences of not dealing with issues in a timely and fair manner
• Recognize the value of promoting a positive work environment
• List the available support resources to create and maintain a respectful workplace
