FH Paris - Client Site Risk Assessment (CSRA)

In this course, we will show you how to use the Client Site Risk Assessment (CSRA) application to document risks associated with a client's living situation. Some of the material covered in this training includes:

  • Describing the purpose and importance of a CSRA
  • Creating the two different types of CSRA
  • Explaining the importance of creating a control plan for identified risks
  • Replacing a CSRA

All staff who work alone and provide community-based health care services are required by the Working Alone Program (WAP) and WorkSafe BC to complete a site risk assessment and develop an appropriate control plan on how to mitigate each risk.
