VCH & PHC Confidentiality Undertaking for Researchers
Please review and agree to the terms in the following Confidentiality Undertaking. Please remember to review the VCH-PHC Research and Data Access Terms and Conditions, which is linked within the Confidentiality Undertaking.
You may refresh the page (CTRL + F5) if after reading it is not showing that the module is completed.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion by email shortly after completing the Undertaking. Keep this Certificate for your records. *Please note , Certificates of Completion may take up to 30 minutes to be sent to your account.
The Confidentiality Undertaking will less than 5 minutes to complete.
Note: All new researchers are required to also complete the Privacy Training for VCH & PHC Researchers (course number 23821).
This online Confidentiality Undertaking is mandatory for all research study team members for projects seeking operational research approval at Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute (VCHRI) or Providence Health Care Research Institute (PHCRI). |

This Confidentiality Undertaking is valid at both VCHRI and PHCRI. Researchers will receive a notice to renew their Confidentiality Undertaking every two years. |
